Independent Living
Those opting for independent living move into our apartments because they love the all-inclusive amenities, but may not yet require any day-to-day assistance. In other words, they enjoy all the comforts of home, without having to worry about all of the responsibilities.
Assisted Living
At Saint Anne Communities, residents receive respectful support with daily needs, enriching activities, and care tailored to their lives. With cozy surroundings and a strong sense of community, we help each person live fully — with dignity, purpose, and peace of mind.
Rehabilitation Services
Saint Anne Communities offers a full spectrum of rehabilitation services through our 3,500 square foot rehabilitation gym. We also provide 16 rehabilitation suites for those needing short-term stays at our Fort Wayne location. Our outstanding therapy department also provides out-patient therapy services.
Memory Care
Experience assisted living in Fort Wayne designed with heart. We provide a full range of services in a secure, helpful, and attentive environment designed exclusively for those struggling with the effects of dementia and/or Alzheimer’s disease.
24 Hour Nursing Care
Saint Anne Communities offers 24-hour nursing care at our Fort Wayne location. For over 50 years, our mission-minded staff has been providing quality support to those requiring around-the-clock care and supervision. Our Social Services and Pastoral Care teams are available to aid residents and families as more care is needed.
Saint Anne Communities offers different levels of care in a variety of comfortable settings. We strive to meet each individual’s needs as a whole person – body, mind, heart, and spirit. As needs and abilities change, the Saint Anne Communities staff works with families to ensure residents are able to maintain daily routines in a dignified, supportive environment.
