Saint Joseph Hospice Suites

The first Catholic and Christian End of Life Care in the area.

Saint Joseph Hospice Suites is celebrating its Ground Breaking Ceremony and Blessing on May 14th, 2025, for the first Catholic and Christian End of Life Care, in the area. They will be initially licensed as a Long Term Care Hospice and eventually will extend licensing for in home health, hospice, and palliative care. This Catholic Hospice will be open to Catholics but is not limited as residents with other religious beliefs outside the Catholic Faith are welcome.

A $2 million dollar renovation will be funded from a generous gift from the Mary Cross Tippmann Foundation, an additional anonymous donor and development efforts along with fundraising event hosted on May 7, 2026 at the Mirro Center. The renovation will add 5 patient suites, 5 family suites, a possible Chapel and kitchenette area. Private Family Only Entrance and Exit, Private Covered Garage and Private Prayer area for families. Saint Joseph Hospice Suites will provide end of life care while encompassing the Catholic Sacraments and beliefs including the respect for a natural death.
