A Continuing Care Retirement Community
Celebrating more than 50 years of quality care and conscientious service.
Saint Anne Communities
First and foremost we have no cases of the coronavirus at Saint Anne Randallia or Victory Noll. Ensuring our residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our first priority. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has recommended a variety of steps which we have implemented to reduce the risk of the virus entering our facilities.
At this time, we request that family and friends do not visit our facilities. This follows the CDC guidelines for long term care facilities adjacent to counties where COVID-19 has been verified. Signs are posted at all entrances notifying visitors of this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time. Stay healthy!
Saint Anne’s Family and Friends,
Thank you for your patience during this difficult time. Please know we are being extremely cautious and doing all possible to keep our residents safe. We have no cases of COVID19 in Saint Anne’s and pray that it will remain this way. Some of the precautions we are following include:
Temping and questioning every staff member who enters the building
Outside services entering the building are limited to those which are essential, those who come in are also temped and questioned
All residents are being monitored for temperatures daily
Residents are practicing social distancing – this has served difficult for our residents who have memory impairments but we have all hands on deck and all staff are working to keep residents entertained and busy
Meals are being delivered in shifts to keep the number of residents in the dining room to a maximum of 2 per table. All residents that are able to feed themselves and do not have swallowing difficulties are encouraged to eat in their rooms.
All staff are wearing facemasks at all times. We have had several wonderful volunteers assist in sewing masks and we are so grateful! We are working on getting enough masks for residents to wear as well.
We have close contact with the Allen County Department of Health and Indiana State Department of Health along with long term care advocacy groups.
Please remember we can help you facetime your loved one! If you want to do this, call the main Saint Anne’s number 260-484-5555 and ask for your loved one’s social worker. They can get it set up for you.
If you have any questions, never hesitate to call!
